The service at the garden is EXCELLENT. The rooms are extremely spacious and the breakfast is satisfactory.

The hotel is ideal and fairly clean, has delightful views of the lake and the mountains. The units are amazing, huge. They have delicious beverages in the poolside bar.

Nothing it is perfect.

The stunning grounds of the hotel were definitely a highlight of my stay. The beautiful tropical garden with its blooming flowers and lush greenery created a serene and relaxing atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed taking walks around the gardens and spotting various bird species, which was a unique and enjoyable experience. the hotel's location was great as it provided lovely views of the surrounding scenery, including a nearby lake and limestone cliffs. The peacefulness and tranquility of the hotel's setting added to the overall experience.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that were not up to par. The pool bar and canoe hire were closed, and the spa was only accessible outdoors, making it impossible to enjoy in rainy weather.

This was a really relaxing and enjoyable experience and just what I needed to recharge my batteries. The resort was well sign-posted and was beautifully laid-out. The staff were couteous and helpful at all times. The buffet breakfast offered a comprehensive and generous selection to cater for all tastes, Western and Asian. All-in-all, I would not hesitate to reccomend this resort to anyone.

Near walking street. Just 10-15 min to airport and 10 min to Klong Jirad pier for Phi Phi island.

The location is convenient, just 10 minutes from town, yet still feels secluded. Rooms are spacious with good air conditioning. The balcony views are stunning. The park, pool, and other facilities are enjoyable for families. The breakfast offers a nice variety of choices.

Well-maintained room with comfy bed.

Some of their staffs are bad temper, even you launch complain as a customer, but they still show you their temper. Off course some is good and friendly staff.

Hotel is more like resort as its name, but I think they need to improve their maintenance especially their wiring and electrical side. From their hotel, it is hard to access to out side. Especially to Krabi town or Au Nang town, only way is taxi and it is not economic. Their breakfast buffet is really out!

The hotel we stayed in is amazing! The balcony views were breathtaking and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area and the shuttle bus to the city was very convenient. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the hotel offered great facilities and the location was perfect for our city trip.

The area surrounding the hotel was slightly secluded, so it was not within walking distance of shops or restaurants. there were some minor issues with the room's internet, but it didn't ruin our stay.

They have a beautiful garden, with a small lake. Once you book a room on a high floor, the view is fantastic!

The location is poor and the hotel is - in compare to other hotels in the region - old. You'll hardly find foreigners, but more Thai (business people, families) We thought we should book close to Krabi airport (as we flew out early morning), but now recommend everyone to book and stay in Ao Nang area...

During our stay, we appreciated the peaceful and natural surroundings. The garden and park areas were well-maintained and offered beautiful views of the lotus pond, limestone hill, and even wildlife such as monkeys and migratory birds. Our spotlessly clean room had a balcony with a lovely view, and the air-conditioning worked well. The staff we encountered were genuinely kind and friendly, especially at reception. Despite mixed reviews, we found the restaurant to offer good food at reasonable prices.

The shuttle frequency could be improved.

Massage is good, but expensive by Thailand standards good spread for breakfast large room we booked a Maritime suite if you are looking for extreme seclusion and quiet, this is the place to go, there are very few other guests
